The Jerome Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday September 24, 2025 @7:00 pm at the Township Hall located at 737 W Beamish Rd, Sanford, MI 48657 The purpose of the hearing is a zone change of the property adjacent to 48 Dauge Rd (5.25 acres) from 401 residential to 201 commercial located adjacent to the rear of 48 W. Dague Rd and owned by West Dague llc, a trailer retail establishment. The property will be used for the open storage of trailers.
