The Jerome Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday September 24, 2025 @7:00 pm at the Township Hall located at 737 W Beamish Rd, Sanford, MI 48657 The purpose of the hearing is a zone change from 401 residential to 201 commercial located adjacent to the rear of 48 W. Dague Rd and owned by West Dague llc, a trailer retail establishment. The property will be used for the open storage of small trailers.
