The Jerome Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a special meeting on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Jerome Township Hall for the purpose of reviewing the construction of a pole barn to be located adjacent to the main parcel at 2950 N Lakeview Dr. Sanford MI. 48657. This project was denied previously under ordinance section 12.05 Location of Accessory Buildings. The pole barn meets all other zoning regulations pertaining to setbacks, location , not used as a dwelling etc.
