The Jerome Township Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Township Hall located at 737 W Beamish Rd., Sanford, MI. The purpose of the hearing is a variance request by Jeffrey & Janis Wrona 3934 W River Rd Sanford, MI to construct a pole barn greater than 3% of property on road side of home. This would be 1188 sq ft or 205 sq ft over allowed limit. Because of home situated on lake the pole barn will be located in front of home on street side.
