Tax bills are mailed to all property owners on or around July 1st (Summer Bill) due September 14th and December 1st (Winter Bill) due February 29th.Please be aware that it is your responsibility to correct your mailing address if you move or require a different address other than your property address.
If you do not receive your bill, please call the treasurer. Please read your bill front and back for payment information.
Escrowed tax amounts are provided to the mortgage companies per their request. Tax information is available at www.co.midland.mi.us.
Please see the applicable dates on the tax bill or schedule an appointment with the Treasurer. Please do not include cash. Payments are not accepted at the treasurer’s residence.
On March 1st ALL payments must be submitted to and payable to the Midland County Treasurer 220 W. Ellsworth St., Midland, MI 48640. Payments received March 2nd and thereafter, and payable to the Jerome Township Treasurer, will be returned to sender.
