All rentals of the Township Hall shall be pursuant to written agreement on a form approved by the Township Board. Reservations for rental of the Township Hall may be made no earlier than one (1) year prior to date requested. A signed Rental Agreement and a $100 deposit will hold a date for up to thirty days before the rental date, at that time the rental fee is due.
